1. Controller and data protection officer

2. Data we process

The website is intentionally simple: it has no forms, sign-up, login, analytics tools or advertising. The only personal data involved is:

• Technical access data: when any page loads, your browser sends the hosting server information such as your IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser and operating system (user agent). These logs are generated automatically by Google's Firebase Hosting, which hosts the website.
• Contact data: if you write to us at the email address shown on the website, we will process your email address, your name and any other information you choose to include in your message.
• Language preference: the language you pick in the selector is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. See the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process this data only for the purposes below, under the legal bases of article 7 of the LGPD:

• Technical access data: delivering the website, ensuring security and preventing abuse and attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
• Contact data: replying to your message and, where applicable, preparing a service proposal. Legal basis: preliminary procedures related to a contract at the data subject's request (art. 7, V) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, where applicable (art. 7, II).

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with:

• Google LLC, as processor, in providing the hosting (Firebase Hosting) and email (Gmail) services;
• public authorities, when required by law or court order.

5. International transfer

Google's services may store and process data on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. These transfers take place in accordance with article 33 of the LGPD, under the contractual safeguards offered by the provider.

6. How long we keep data

• Technical access data: for the hosting provider's log retention period, which is limited.
• Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle the matter and keep a record of the business relationship, or for the period required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may, at any time and free of charge:

• confirm whether we process your data and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law;
• request portability of your data to another provider;
• obtain information about who we share your data with;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, with encryption in transit. We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is fully immune to incidents; if a relevant incident occurs, we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD as required by law.

9. Children and teenagers

The website is institutional and not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if the website starts using new tools. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
